Can I make a claim?
You can claim within 3 years, if you have been involved in an accident which is not your fault, it can be at a place of work, as a driver, passenger, pedestrian or trip, slip or fall.
What Happens once Solicitor takes my claim?
Our panel of Solicitors will assess your case and make a decision based upon the information supplied, if accepted your case will begin.
What do I need to do?
You need to sign documents authorising the Solicitor to act on your behalf, you need to provide any invoices or receipts for out of pocket losses and to attend a locally arranged medical examination.
Will I have to attend Court?
Over 90% of cases are settled out of court without the need to attend.
How long will my claim take?
Most cases are settled within 3-6 months, however more serious cases may take longer as more detailed information, examination and tests will be required
How much compensation will I get?
This depends on the severity of your injuries and the duration your examining doctor says will take you to recover.
Do I pay Solicitor Fees?
There are no fees to pay up front but if you win your case some legal costs are deductable from your compensation upon settlement of your claim
